SMS Terms of Service

The AutoCare Notes SMS program delivers educational content selected by the subscriber, including engine care reminders, oil-change timing prompts, warning-light explanations, and short maintenance education texts. Account notification messages confirm subscription activity and respond to support requests.

By providing your mobile number and checking the applicable consent box, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated SMS messages from AutoCare Notes at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of access to any content on the Site.

Marketing/educational messages are sent approximately 4 times per month. Account notification messages are sent only in response to your activity (for example, confirming opt-in, opt-out, or a HELP reply). Frequency may vary.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages from the applicable program.

The program is supported by major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost, MetroPCS, Virgin Mobile, Cricket, and Google Voice. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

AutoCare Notes does not sell, share, rent, or transfer mobile numbers, opt-in data, or consent records to any insurance carrier, agent, broker, marketing affiliate, or lead aggregator under any circumstance. SMS opt-in information is used solely to deliver the messages you requested and to honor opt-out requests. See our Privacy Policy for full details. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

SMS messages from AutoCare Notes are educational. They are not insurance advice, quotes, offers, or solicitations. AutoCare Notes will never contact you on behalf of an insurance carrier or agent through this program.

You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number provided. By opting in, you represent that you meet these requirements.

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
